What happened at the last retreat?

Attendees participated in a Fundamentals of Wellness workshop led by Brynn Hadler that helped them look at their own health behaviors in a variety of areas, while updating their knowledge with some of the latest research on health and happiness, along with some interesting real-life stories. Brynn also led the group through a morning and later an evening meditation to release stress, improve focus and relax the body. Dr. Verena Radlingmayr gave a talk on energy, chakras and bioresonance, and then everyone had some free time to enjoy the tranquil ambience and beauty of TamanGa.

After a delicious organic vegan dinner made with mostly local ingredients – many from TamanGa’s garden, the group had a break and then enjoyed a relaxing yoga session conducted by Isabella Keilani, along with the evening meditation. Relaxed and happy, people laughed and chatted until bedtime.

A gentle yet invigorating yoga session from Isabella welcomed us into Sunday, followed by an ample and again mouth-watering healthy breakfast with more choices than could be consumed! After a short break, the group immersed themselves in a dance workshop given by Grazia Leonardi, filled with a broad variety of music. Our beautiful dancers even drew a crowd of onlookers! In a concluding session people summarized the key insights they would like to remember. The mood was extremely positive – each person gained something different, but all felt that it was worthwhile and that they had gotten a lot out of it. In other words – it was a success!
