In a spectacularly beautiful mountain setting, we will contemplate this question โ€” not only from our conscious waking awareness, but also by accessing the deeper subconscious mind through meditation and Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping).

Our Journey Begins


Begin Friday evening by arriving gently โ€” with yoga, meditation, and a welcoming opening circle. Let the noise of daily life fall away.
Start each morning with meditation and gentle yoga. Breathe. Soften. Listen inward.
Take part in an interactive workshop designed to help you clarify your vision and uncover what truly matters. Go deeper with Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping) to access insight beyond the conscious mind.

Throughout the Weekend, You Will Experience:

  • A Friday evening welcome circle to set your intention

Time to Restore & Explore

Relax in the 35ยฐC whirlpool. Float in the infinity pool. Unwind in the infrared and panorama saunas. Breathe in the steam room. Youโ€™ll have time to fully enjoy the hotelโ€™s wellness center โ€” deepening the relaxation of the entire weekend.

Wander forest trails. Take in expansive panoramic mountain views. Let nature restore you. After lunch, youโ€™ll have the option to wander along one of the many forest hiking trails to enjoy broad vistas, breathe the rejuvenating forest air and soak in the beauty of these mountain ranges.

Evenings of Reflection

Evenings bring nourishing dinners, quiet reflection, and meaningful conversations.
An evening yoga session to center yourself and gently guide your awareness inward will be followed by a delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant. Afterwards, we gather again in our yoga room to meditate, reflect, and share insights. In this quiet space, we deepen the inner exploration and open to greater clarity about what it truly means to live in complete fulfillment.

Sunday Integration Session

On Sunday, we bring this inward journey to a thoughtful close. After meditation, yoga, and a nourishing breakfast, we come together to integrate our discoveries and shape a personal vision for a deeply fulfilling life.

Yoga with Angelika

Release stress, find balance, and feel energized with gentle yet powerful guided yoga sessions tailored for the mornings and evening. Meet Angelika Seidl. Holistic Yogi and Yoga Teacher, Psycho-spiritual Leadership Coach, Somatic Health Trainer, and Energy & Bodywork Practitioner. Angelikaโ€™s talents in yoga and bodywork have led to her collaborating with over 35 organizations.

Angelika has travelled to over forty countries and speaks fluent German, English, French plus Spanish and some Chinese! Initially coming from the business world, she has trained in multiple types of yoga, bodywork, and other modalities – more than can be listed briefly! Learn more about Angelika here!

Cultivate awareness, reduce stress, and enhance emotional well-being through scientifically proven mindfulness meditation practices. Release limiting beliefs and obstacles via Emotional Freedom Technique.

Brynn Elizabeth Hadler is a former Silicon Valley tech marketer, UC Berkeley MBA, mother of two teenagers, certified mindfulness meditation teacher and 17-year cancer survivor. Having lived on three continents and completed many different programs including the Science of Mindful Awareness meditation training program, The Rao Institute’s Creativity and Personal Mastery program, a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program (based on Jon Kabat Zinn), and much work with Brandon Bayes’ โ€œThe Journeyโ€ program, she has practical experience in techniques to improve mental and emotional well-being.

How much does the retreat cost?

The retreat fee is โ‚ฌ230 per person (accommodation not included). Rooms at the hotel start at โ‚ฌ130 per night for a shared double room (including three meals a day and full access to the wellness centre), plus a local tax of โ‚ฌ2.50 per night. Single occupancy costs an additional โ‚ฌ21 per night. All in, the total comes to โ‚ฌ495 for a shared room or โ‚ฌ537 for single occupancy for the full weekend.

Is the retreat open to both men and women?

Yes! Everyone is warmly welcomed.

What language will the retreat be held in?

The retreat will be conducted in English. However, Brynn also speaks German, some Italian, and Angelika is fluent in German, English, French, and speaks Spanish and some Chinese. So no worries if your English isn’t perfect!

When does the retreat start and end?

The retreat runs from Friday, 29 May at 5pm through to Sunday, 31 May at 1pm.

Where is the retreat located, and how do I get there?

The retreat is held at Der Klugbauer, a beautiful hotel in the hills of western Styria (Fallegg 28, 8511 St. Stefan ob Stainz). It’s roughly a 45โ€“55 minute drive from Graz. You can find more details about the hotel at www.klugbauer.at.

How do I book? Booking is a two-step process:
