Brynn’s journey has taken her from life science technology, to entrepreneurship, to health promotion and more. Author of “7 Ways to Get Your Children to Eat Healthy Food”, Brynn has always had a passion for health and wellness. Brynn worked in the software and technology industry in Silicon Valley, California for more than eight years, and earned an MBA from UC Berkeley.

A personal health challenge started her on her own health adventure, which led her to delve into scientific research as well as experimenting with various strategies in her day-to-day life. Fascinated by the multi-faceted aspects of wellness, she has spent years researching the key factors that determine health and longevity. After 17 years of successfully managing her health challenge, Brynn felt it was time to be of service to others who need support in their wellness journey.
Having lived on three continents, she has completed many different programs that center around mindfulness, recently becoming a certified meditation teacher through the Mindfulness Center’s Science of Mindful Awareness meditation training program. Earlier trainings have included The Rao Institute’s Creativity and Personal Mastery program, a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program (based on Jon Kabat Zinn), and continuing work with Brandon Bayes’ “The Journey” program, giving her practical experience in techniques to improve mental and emotional well-being.

“We cannot look externally for happiness. No one and no thing can make a person happy. Happiness comes from the inside. It’s a decision. It’s a mental state – or it’s the ‘no mind’ peace of meditation. Joy stems from within us and bubbles over, spilling onto the outside world.”
